Summer Conservatory – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the NCUNDERGROUND Summer Conservatory, participants and/or parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

   Registration & Payment

  • Full payment or approved payment plan is required to secure enrollment.

  • Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by NCUNDERGROUND.

  • Registration is non-transferable without written approval from NCUNDERGROUND administration.

  • Limited spots are available and enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Attendance & Participation

  • Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure proper training progression and participation in workshops, labs, and showcase opportunities.

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately for movement-based instruction.

  • Excessive tardiness, absences, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from class activities without refund.

  Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward instructors, staff, guests, and fellow dancers.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Follow all facility rules and instructor directions at all times.

NCUNDERGROUND reserves the right to dismiss any participant for unsafe, disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior without refund.

  Assumption of Risk & Medical Release

Participation in dance training and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, falls, or accidents.

By registering, participants and/or parents/guardians:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Release and hold harmless , its instructors, staff, assistants, venues, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation.

  • Confirm that the participant is physically able to participate in dance and movement activities.

Participants should notify staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participation.

Media Release

By participating in the conservatory, participants grant permission to photograph, film, and record classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and related activities for promotional, archival, educational, and social media purposes without compensation.

Schedule & FacultyChanges

Class schedules, instructors, locations, and programming are subject to change as necessary. NCUNDERGROUND reserves the right to modify programming while maintaining the overall educational experience and conservatory focus.

Scholarships &Discounts

Scholarship awards, promotional pricing, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Communication

Important updates will be communicated through email and/or official NCUNDERGROUND communication platforms. Participants are responsible for checking communications regularly.

Agreement

By completing registration and submitting payment, participants and/or parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
